Payments
We accept payment via Credit Card or Paypal. For security purposes, all purchases go through the Paypal portal, but you do NOT need a Paypal account to complete your purchase. PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
Shipping
Domestic Customers : Ready-to-ship items will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail (with delivery confirmation) within 3 business days of cleared payment. Custom and made-to-order items may take 7-10 business days to ship.
International Customers : Ready-to-ship items will be shipped via USPS within 5 business days of cleared payment. Custom and made-to-order items may take up to 7-10 business days to ship. Delivery confirmation and insurance is not included. Customer is responsible for all customs fees, taxes, tariffs, etc.
Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds will be offered in the event than an item is defective or damaged upon item's receipt. Please contact seller within 3 days of item receipt and before return shipment to discuss the terms of a refund.
Exchanges are offered. The buyer is responsible for return shipping of the item to the seller and shipping costs for the new item. The buyer must contact seller within 7 days of delivery to discuss an exchange and the item must be returned in its original condition.

When you make a purchase, you will be added to In Stolen Moments newsletter. Your contact information won't be shared. Not ever.
